Born in a basement in Roger’s Park, and cultivated in the forests of Upper Peninsula Michigan, Hungry Fathers have grown into a beautiful flower of rock.  The band’s first album, Will the Lightning Bug Return?, joins hooky choruses with layers of lush guitar, keys and bone-thumping rhythm.  With standout tracks like Come Close and Starland Theme Song, Hungry Fathers appeal to indie rock fans as well as classic rockers.
